I was very disappointed. I drove all the way from tulsa because apparently this is the only pet wash station other than Collinsville which is even further for me. I show up and the older woman says we are all out of towels and soaps, they're supposed to have like 5-6 different soaps to use. The brushes were still dirty from other dogs hair/dander and weren't properly cleaned before hand. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I was surprised there was actually a Lil bit of soap in there. I had to dry my doggo with paper towels, which really sucked. So if you bring your dog to the pet wash station be prepared to bring your own soap and towels!! The wash and dry part was good so I shouldn't complain about it all.

Great place to pickup your TSC supplies. It’s not a huge building but they got you covered. Livestock feed. 45lb bags of Pet Food. Order anything ahead and they will have it ready for pick up at the front of the store. Join there members club for discounts.

Ordered rabbit food, water bottle, feeder and a cage through the app for pickup the same day. Was ready in an 1½hrs. They brought it to my car and loaded it for me. Great service.

It was my first time to use the Pet Wash Station . The tubs were unsanitary with filthy dog hair along with the combs and drying station. There were also no clean towels. I asked three different employees including the manager, who was responsible to keep the station clean? Their excuse was that they were too busy during the day to keep it clean only the night cleaning crew is responsible. I looked around and no one was checking out and only a handful of people were in the store. Their website claims excellent customer service although I had to wait on the phone for an hour to speak to someone. Their response was an email further justifying their lack of care for the Pet Wash. If you go there to wash your dog expect to clean it yourself before using it.

The fellas in the back loading and working the forklift were helpful, fast and efficient! They loaded me up with heavy duty rubber mats in no time. Thanks for being professional.
